The Young Protectors: Engaging The Enemy Chapter 4—Page 16

141 Comments on The Young Protectors: Engaging The Enemy Chapter 4—Page 16

Is it me or does Kyle look like he’s enjoying schooling The Annihilator?

Kickstarter rewards have started shipping to the original backers, but there is still time to join in the big shipping push and pre-order a copy of The Young Protectors Volume One and other Kickstarter rewards. Watch this video for more information about that. I’ll be receiving the 11″ x 14″ prints from the printer in April—so there’s still lots of time to save up for those if you’d like one. But I now have everything else, and I’ll be shipping rewards that don’t include prints over the next couple months, so if you just want a book, now would be a great time to pre-order. 🙂

So! Not only is The Annihilator a “lap-dog”, but he’s also “weak”! A weak lap-dog! Woof! After being paralyzed into silence in that warehouse, it seems like Kyle has finally found his voice. And it doesn’t look like The Annihilator is enjoying what he’s hearing. Will he be able to put Kyle back in his place? Or will our young hero’s fighting spirit convince him to follow a different path?

Tune in this Saturday to find out! Hope to see you there!

  • Stab and point!

  • Oh snap!!

  • Sapfo

    Ok, where is this going?

  • Kyle is all sorts of sassy! Go Kyle!

    • Chris Dangerfield

Yeahhhh, but you like sassy boys!

  • LimpBiskit

Sorry big D, but youz a ho 😛

  • SofiaT

Kyle has Duncan pegged. And Duncan doesn’t like it.

Reminds me of a song called “Καθρέφτης” (Mirror). The lyrics (roughly translated) go something like this: “never look the other in the eye, because then you turn into a mirror and they’ll break you into pieces”.

Nobody likes seeing their ugliness revealed. Duncan’s weakness is -ironically enough- the fear of being weak.

I like Duncan and hope he won’t do anything rush, but I’m a bit scared for Kyle now.

    • Toli Bera

I would think Pegging more the Commander’s bag…

  • Cecilie Muldkjær Bredesen

Am i the only one thinking that if Anni really wanted kyle to shut up he could just kiss him?
    I need to stop……..

    • SofiaT

He’s prouder than that. He may blackmail someone into kissing him, seduce him and play him but he won’t use brute force.

      • Cecilie Muldkjær Bredesen

Kissing someone to shut them up is not bruge force, i do it to my boyfriend if we Are in a descusion and i think he has said enouth (sorry if my spelling is wrong)

        • SofiaT

The dynamics in your relationship with your boyfriend are quite a bit different to the dynamic between Duncan and Kyle though.

          • Klaus

            Or so one would hope.

        • timemonkey

!) Duncan is not his boyfriend
          2) Their entire ‘relationship’ was built on lies and manipulation
          3) Duncan’s behaviour is pretty much emotional abuse
          4) Forcing a kiss on someone who doesn’t want it is sexual assault

  • Gregory In Seattle

The most dangerous type of villain is the one who sees himself as the hero.

And Duncan is very, very dangerous right now.

  • I’m loving this. Watching Kyle maturing and finding a confidence he so lacked even a day ago in YP timeline.
This isn’t Amanda talking to him. It’s purely Kyle standing up to plate in a new way.

Oki, I think some of this is due to Spooky’s speech when they were leaving the warehouse. It was something Kyle needed to hear, and at the right time. It made the impact and prevented Kyle from breaking down. That and finally revealing that he’s gay, and his friends immediate acceptance and support.

Still, Kyle needs a lot of credit here. He’s not as ‘weak’ and emotional immature as he’s been treated by the others – or as he may have believed himself. It’s easy being stuck in a ‘role’ in a group dynamic, and it can be hard breaking it.

Fire is his elemental power, and Kyle is rising again like a Phoenix.

  • Wonder how many times Kyle can keep on poking the bear before he gets enough and decides to bite back.

Kyle is awesome, but he’s walking a thin line.

    • Adam Black

      Maybe thats kyles Plan

Why I think the next page is a crucial one:

As someone who knows a thing or two about anger as a coping mechanism to childhood traumas, I can tell Duncan is carrying a lot of anger in him. I don’t know what happened to him to cause it but it’s there, boiling under the surface. And the thing about anger is that it’s always connected to fear. Duncan is afraid and so he’s angry -he’s transformed his fear into anger and used it to give him strength and focus. His fear is why he values strength so much.

This is part of what always fascinated me about him, how he may seem so civilized, a gentleman villain with refined tastes and impeccable manners when he’s full of raw energy and beastly instincts. The leash he keeps on his anger, the way he uses it as a tool.

But there’s only so much control you can have on your base emotions when someone -especially someone whose opinion maters to you- goes and pokes right at the heart of your anger. If we’re ever going to see Duncan unleash the Beast, there’s a good chance it’s gonna be on the next page.

    • Yes, this is what concerns me too. You can see his selfcontrol is starting to crumble. He doesn’t like having his fears read this ‘easy’. Kyle has some truths to tell him but, one thing is possibly creating a doubt in Duncan, he must be careful not to turn it into a rage.

      • Klaus

Rage might make him do something stupid. Since things can hardly get any worse, that might be their best chance.

        • True, but a truly angry Duncan is dangerous. I doubt we’ve seen the worst from him yet, and I for one isn’t sure I want to, at least as long as our team is the ones mostly at risk (Sircea and Laampy is another matter).

          • timemonkey

Well, really, what’s he going to do? He’s the one saying not to kill them. I doubt any of them want to spend the next forty years on a demon ruled Earth. Any slip up he makes is in their favor.

    • Kate G

Definitely, and that anger could be really, really ugly. They always say beware of the cool, calm and collected types. Their anger is always the most violent.

      • SofiaT

I don’t think he’s actually going to hurt Kyle physically (more like say something he’ll later regret) but I can imagine him breaking everything in the vicinity… good thing most everything is already broken! 😛

      • bronakopdin

in German we have an idiom that roughly translated means “silent waters are deep” 🙂

        • Klaus

Also in English: “Still waters run deep”.

          • bronakopdin

so it’s practically the same 😀
            minor difference ^^
you live and learn, idioms are always nice to learn, thanks!

        • SofiaT

HA! Similar expression in Greek: “It’s the slow rivers you should fear”

          • bronakopdin

I really like that one 😀

          • SofiaT

We have good sayings, if nothing else 😀

(nah, we also have great food!)

          • bronakopdin

I love gyros with zaziki 🙂

though I guess this is considered a clichéd food maybe? x’D

I just can’t get around to feta cheese but I’m very strange about cheese to begin with lol

        • Kate G

My family used to live in Germany (I was, in fact, born there) so I believe that’s where we picked it up the idea. We’ve lived in a lot of places so remembering where I’ve picked up what where is, to say the least, confusing.

    • timemonkey

I think Sircea may attempt to interrupt soon, an interrupt that will be very telling about whether Kyle’s been right about her. Duncan’s not really going to be in the mood to be condescended to.

      • SofiaT

Take it out on her? Fine by me!

  • Adam Black

Isnt the Commander supposed to tag-in, and good-cop some more?

    • bronakopdin

or maybe she rather studies the enemy and his reactions for now ^^

  • Samurai Jack

Kyle, enjoying this? That’s not the impression I get. For some reason it seems really sad to me. That’s probably not the intent, but that’s what it feels like.

    • Toli Bera

well when the boyfriend is being an idiot you need to be a balloon pricker.

    • SofiaT

I like that he has the chance to have his say, and that he’s say is so spot-on. But yeah, I don’t see Kyle as the vengeful type.

I don’t think he’s enjoying this per se, but I think this whole scene and getting to say what’s on his mind is good for him. Cathartic.

    • Chris Dangerfield

Oh I so agree. It breaks my heart a bit also. That last panel says it all. Kyle fully expects to die and he know this man (Duncan) is too blinded or selfish or … whatever … to see anything other than what serves him and his ego.

Duncan in that second to last panel has the arrogance to be annoyed at Kyle’s “tone?” Kyle gets it. In his own mind this man will let him die and probably find a self-serving way of justifying it. Duncan’s words and attitude say it all.

The amazing turn around will be perfect fiction, IF it happens. However, at this point I don’t see how Kyle could expect anything different. It is very emotional writing. Good work.

  • Chris Dangerfield

    Wonderful page you three…

It’s a great pleasure to see Kyle with some real honest grounded awareness. He’s so right. If Sircea is going to kill them when she’s all powerful then why does he have to worry about the finer points of Duncan’s delicate feelings. I love the way he’s letting loose in these pages. There is a growing up in it that’s a pleasure.

Giving up his life with dignity is so much better than dying as a passive victim. This is good stuff.

*** Just a note about panel #1 — should Duncan’s word be “regarded” vs. “regarding”? Just checking.

    Great page. Thank you all!

    • Good catch about “regarded”, Chris. I’ll fix that when I get the final colored page tomorrow.

And I’m very glad you enjoyed this page. Thank you for letting me know.

  • Kyle’s doing a splendid job of telling Duncan that there are better ways to be a hero. He’s doing a particularly splendid job given the emotional whiplash he’s been through over the last two days – worrying he’s going to be outed, his first date, being used, discovering he’s a Prince of Hell, and then finding that the man who did all that to him did it as part of trying to do the least bad thing. Coming out of the other end of that and proceeding to give Duncan a Serious Talk about his recent life choices instead of “how could you do that to me?” – yes, he’s an adult now. And a hero.

  • Shiny Gwilly

Kyle is not stopping anytime soon, is he? at least not until something/someone stops him the right way
but damn Kyle, you a sass master right now, and we’re loving it

and i think in some way he is enjoying it, but at the same time he’s getting a lot of stuff off his chest and enjoying the fact that he is and just not caring about Anni’s threat/s in the slightest (which is sad in it’s own way)
now would be a good time to just walk away Anni, you’re not winning this discussion anytime soon

    • SofiaT

I don’t think Duncan is threatening him. I think he’s warning him.

      • Shiny Gwilly

true, it’s more of a warning than an actual threat

  • Kate G

Can we just pause and take in panel 6? Let the angels sing for a moment or two? That is such a beautifully rendered panel. You have his sarcasm in the tone from Alex, but you have the worried expression which is just SO KYLE. *bows to all* And it beautifully juxtaposes Duncan’s pissed off face in Panel 1. I need a minute to just soak it all in.

  • Aitsuki

Hahaha, seeing Kyle tear him a new one feels SO good!

  • Michael

Quoth the Duncan: “I am nothing if not so very, very strong”

  • bobbyjoeguy

Alex, I don’t know if anyone has mentioned it yet or not, but I think you meant “regarded” and not “regarding” in the first panel.

    • You are absolutely right. Good catch. I’ll fix it when I get the final colored page. Thank you.

      • I’ve been studying the page, trying to come up with what that could be left to finish 🙂

    • Gaël Cassetari

First thing that caught my eye.

  • Current upload is coloring in process. *Looks at page* if you hadn’t told me otherwise I would have thought it a finished page. I’m always amazed of the details Vero puts into the coloring, and seeing how this isn’t even the final touch.. Wow!

    • Klaus

I do not see what is missing.

    • bronakopdin

      same to me xD

  • bronakopdin

    damn… I don’t know how I should feel…
on one hand I’m totally scared of what is to come if Kyle continues like this but on the other hand I’m totally cheering him on x’D
He’s right! And that is exactly why Duncan is getting this angry!
I agree with the other commenters opinion though that this “weakness” Kyle points out is probably Duncan’s most crucial fear and hence it stings so badly!
Just hoping he can somehow keep calm… though I doubt it at the same time ^^’
We’ll see on the next page!

  • karmakat

    THAT’S ballsy for sure kyle

  • Saxon_Brenton

    [nuclear weapons grade snark: on]
Oh really, Mr Annihilator? Red Hot should pick his next words with care, you say? I seem to recall you trying the same intimidation tactic on the Priestess back in chapter 3 when you weren’t amused by her tone of voice. Now how did that go for you?
Ah yes, she crossed her arms and said exactly the same thing that Red Hot just said: “Or what?” (To quote an old Bloom County strip: “Foreshadowing. Your sign of quality literature.”)
The heroes may be powerless and trussed up in antigrav restraints, but like the Priestess Red Hot doesn’t have the patience for Annihilator’s posturing.

  • YG_Frenchie

Ouuuu. That last face expression on Kyle… Can you hear it sizzle? It’s spot on! Even I see a changed young man.

    • SofiaT

Frenchie! I’ve missed that handsome avatar! 😀

      • YG_Frenchie

        Hahaha thank you thank you!!

  • Terrell Penha

And now Kyle shows his true power. The power to give sick burns.

  • Wyrmidon

The last panel breaks my heart. Kyle looks (and speaks) there like someone who has had everything taken away from him with nothing left to lose. Fortunately, he also has everything to gain if only Anni sees past his pride… but is the supervillain actually capable of heeding the kind youngling’s words? Here’s hoping the feelings Duncan claims to have will do their job there…

  • Kyle is definitely both stalling and baiting Annihilator, keeping him focused on the conversation and off-balance by hitting him where he can be hurt (right in the ego). The question is: Is Kyle waiting or preparing for something that’s about to happen, or is he just stalling in hopes the Commander comes up with a plan or the cavalry will show up in time? Or is Kyle just venting how he feels, with no idea what’ll happen next?

    • Klaus

Or maybe he really is trying to convince Duncan to turn on PP.

  • Steel_Man

Calling the villain “weak”? Isn’t that a little “weak”, in itself? It’s an obvious ploy. I hope there’s more behind it.

  • Cman65

No fire here but somebody is feeling THE BURN

  • Jason Moon

The question to ask is: DID Duncan absolutely trust PP? Would YOU? How easy do you think it would be to lie to someone after having TONS of practice?

    • Klaus

To someone? Easy. But to me …

  • Pikinanou

Work in progress colors… but I’m already amazed! How much more awesome can it get?

  • Lisa Guertin

Hey Alex, Love the page and the lesson Duncan is learning. I’m putting on my proof-reader hat now to let you know there’s an error in the first box: when Anni says “and I am widely regarding as the most dangerous human being on the planet” I think you mean “regarded” not regarding. Wrong verb tense. It doesn’t take away from the story, but I know how proud you are of the quality of your book (and rightly so!) and wanted to point this one out.

Now that I’ve read further down in the comments, I see that Danish Wolf already pointed this out. Sorry for the duplication.

  • davefragments

I closed my eyes and suddenly it is tomorrow morning.

I like this page. Kyle is keeping the pressure on Duncan to make him doubt what Sircea is planning.

  • JM

As much as I love Kyle schooling Duncan, I have to disagree with him. He’s right that Sircea is being allowed to gather too much power, but I don’t see Duncan as weak. He’s willing to do what must be done, regardless of what he turns into during the process. I feel like he accepted long ago that he wouldn’t remain pure, so he’s not afraid to dirty his hands and become a supervillian if its means the outcome will be good. He sees the bigger picture, and what’s more, he admits that he cares for Kyle and that his feelings are a hindrance, but he doesn’t let them get in the way. He’s not weak, he’s self-aware, and even if Kyle is right and Duncan is making a mistake now, to err is human.

I also like that Kyle is mustering up enough confidence to keep Duncan talking, and their philosophical debate is more interesting to me than the physical fight they could be having (not that I thought you’d really go in that direction, Alex, I did read Artifice after all :)). Still, I feel like Kyle is bluffing a bit, or stalling. Or, he’s trying to rile Duncan up, which might actually work.

    • Klaus

To err is human, but does our would be godess considers it divine to forgive?

    • Klaus

To err is human, but does our would be godess considers it divine to forgive?

    • I honestly think that right now, he’s actually trying to rile Duncan up and some of it might be bitterness. But he does have a point. Sircea has lived for millennium. Everything Duncan knows and has “confirmed” may have originated from her to begin with. Who knows how long she’s plotted this ,you know?

But Duncan does make a good villain/anti-hero… if that’s applicable here, anyways.

  • Connor

Hooray, the page is loading! It wasn’t last night. On the one hand, I’m glad to see that Kyle is still fighting, but on the other hand, I’m afraid he might do more harm than good by distracting and possibly convincing Anni.

    • Kate G

      IIIIIIIIT’S CONNOR! *glomps*

  • Klaus

I think I have run into a reference to Sircea having a daughter. I am reading the Mabinogion, and have got to Culhwch and Olwen. Ysbaddaden Chief Giant makes a demand 8 pages long. One of the things he demands is the blood of the Black Whtch, daughter of the White Witch from the head of the Valley of Grief in the uplands of Hell.

    • davefragments

I hope you realize that a sizable chunk of people have no idea what you said and what you are talking about. Please don’t be hurt by that statement. The Mabinogion is just not that well known.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mabinogion

Thanks for pointing out a possible source.

Okay, my pre-ordered TYP V1 book & goodies parcel arrived yesterday. There will be a lot of enamoured swooning and fangirling in this post, so feel free to move on 😉
Anyways, I managed to refrain from squeeing in delight…
…until the postman had left. (I think I may have startled the cats.) A second layer of duct tape informed me that the parcel had been opened at customs – I hope that won us a few new readers 😉

I opened the parcel as delicately as a surgeon working on a patient might. Everything was wrapped with great care and arrived in top condition. I took a minute or two to just stare at the cover of the comic. I have seen the cover online before, mind you, but there’s a huge difference between seeing pictures on a screen and really holding the comic in your own two hands. It is gorgeous! So vibrant and captivating! Needless to say, I read the comic in one go. And fell in love with it even more. Having the parts of the story put together like Alex always intended them to be, and reading the additional comments, just works out so nicely. As a lot has already been said about the beautiful art and awesome storytelling; I’ll just add a kudos to the clever structure 🙂

I also very, very carefully opened the trading card packages (regretting I had to cut them open to get to the cards, because the packaging itself looks just that cool). They are amazing! My outbursts startled the cats all over again. Therre were some real surprises, for example Tsunami’s power card, and Sircea will be proud to hear that each of her cards made me more scared of her…and raised both my fear and respect for syllibub. I’m afraid there are parts in your marriage vow that won’t hold true here…
Also, there was some really interesting info about the caracters – their abilities, backgrounds, and motivations. SO glad I decided early on that I was going to get both the book and the cards and was able to save up for them – they are totally worth it!

I am now also the pround and happy owner of the button set that I’d call cute if I weren’t afraid that some of the depicted parties would take offense; and I just love, LOVE the super-beautiful keychain ^_^ It holds the danger of mesmerisation 😉

I hope all of you who pre-ordered your books will get your parcels soon, too.

I’ll end this post with a HUGE thank-you for Alex. You made me happy beyond words.

    • I look forward to hold my goodies one day. I also added the 18+ trading cards set on the pledge manager when it opened to add-ons. Just needed that full set.. and, you know, 18+ info xD

      • purplefoxglove

        You won’t regret it ^_^ They are…yummy!

  • Diviana

Kyle, I hope your comments are leading to something.

  • D. G.

Kyle is giving him something to think about.

  • Keep laying the smackdown, Kyle! Duncan is pretty much all bluster. If he were going to do something in this instance, he would have already done it, there wouldn’t be threats.

    • Journey Saintel

But perhaps he’s hesitating due to the fact that he “cares” about Kyle?

      • There is that. Though I’ve found with Duncan the moment he starts offering warnings/threats he’s less likely to do it. The fact he’s offered the warning is just that and nothing more will come of it. He banks heavily on his reputation to get him where he wants to go. I think if he’s going to act he’ll just do it, no warning.

        • SofiaT

I think he’s in serious danger of blowing a gasket. I think Duncan is aware of his limits and he knows he’s about to reach them -it’s not a conscious, thought-out decision, it’s a visceral reaction. As such, I don’t think he has much control over it, after a point.

That said, I don’t think Kyle himself is in serious danger -I’m not so sure of everyone else.

          • I thought the same when he said much the same to Sircea. Which should all prove exciting for the next page. 🙂

But we agree, Kyle’s not the one in danger.

          • SofiaT

That’s why I differentiate between threatening and warning: I think he was threatening Sircea, trying to be intimidating and re-establishing his status as her equally strong (and fearsome) partner. If he went through with his threat, it would be a controlled action.
Now he’s warning Kyle that he’s this close to losing it. If he acts, he may do something he’ll later regret because it will not be a premeditated, controlled action.

          • I think he has more control than that. He started on the path he’s on now because of a loss of control. He doesn’t become the most dangerous man in the world without learning that control he once lacked.

          • SofiaT

Which is why it would be so great for us to see him losing it!

And if it’s ever going to happen, now is as good a chance as ever!

          • It would be fun if he went DUNCAN SMASH. Kicking and punching things. Maybe show everyone why he’s the World Minion Toss(tm) champion by heaving a couple of minions.

But I guess I read his face a little differently for his close up. It’s stormy, but I don’t know if he’s spitting out his words.

          • SofiaT

I can practically see his eye twitching! 😛

          • I wonder what his greatest distance in the Minion Toss is.

          • SofiaT

Hopefully we find out on Saturday >:D

          • Can’t wait!!! >:D

  • Kyle roasting Duncan into the next life rn.

  • fujoshifanatic

Ooookay, Kyle, much as I would love to see you finish handing Anni his ass verbally, you might want to reign it in just a little, so as not to piss him and PP off. I still hope that some of this is sinking into Anni’s brain though. Onward to Saturday!

  • Alt+F7

So I know we don’t want a comment section flooded with this but …
I’m very excited to have received my copy of TYP Volume 1 Yesterday morning.

Everything was so glossy and perfect. 🙂

  • Austin King

My only hope is that this keeps Kyle x Duncan alive. Point out the logical fallacies and his sexy beard Kyle. Do it!

  • Andy Diehl

I assume “I am widely regarding as” should be “I am widely regarded as”

    • Yes, it will be changed when Alex post the finished version.

  • Justin White

wow Kyle you just tore into, no holds bar

  • stickfigurefairytales

I wonder if anybody else is starting to regain consciousness…

  • Mir

That weak comment hit a nerve. Obviously something he has always been insecure about. Get him, Kyle!

  • Nirgal

Now this reminds me to that frame in which Duncan says “I am nothing if not very, very strong.”. So yeah. Calling him weak is the best way to get him. Good job, Kyle.

  • Derkins

My dear friend (rest in peace) used to call these sorts of insults/jokes/jabs, the “DEATH KILL”. It’s saying that one thing that will hit their soft spot.
    Kyle nailed it.

  • Alan Michael Williams

I’ve been out of the yaoi-gay-loop for a while. Was around for the entirety of Teahouse, and still have YP and Starfighter on my favs. Are there any other promising projects out there atm?

    • Any specific genres you prefer, or are you open for various styles/themes?
I could give more, but here’s a few:

      – Demon of the Underground (one of my faves next to the three you mention).
      – Purpurea Noxa (warning, this one is good, amazing art, but absolutely 18+ for many things incl. a couple of the sex scenes is rape/non-con/power demonstration. It’s about vampires and werewolves).
      – Wish & Will.
      – Boned.
      – Discord comics (this is more a site name that covers over three very different comics by same artist. Two are finished. The current ongoing has a BDSM theme (the good/right kind) and quite interesting. Khaos by this artist was one of the first online comics I found)
      – Avialea
      – Transfusions.
      – Breaks
      – [Stolen]
      – Y Force (another young superhero comic. Think X-men, but like YP it’s a woman leading a male bunch of young heroes – though Amanda might have it easy with only a handful).

Better stop here. A bunch of (imo) great comics of very differnt types of story, art and styles.

      • Actually, I’m gonna suggest a non-yaoi comic for you too, because the story is very good and art fantastic. Artistic we talk YP/Teahouse detailed. One of my fave comics.

        – Spindrift.

(Updates are a little sporadic at the moment because the artist have suffered a personal hard time followed by moving to another country, but it’s starting to update more frequent again. Each page worth the wait)

        Thanks, I’ll check those out!

    • There is a forum where people share recommendations and let people people know when comics have posted an update. http://westernyaoi.com/index.php

There is also a thread for fanfic recs as well as other topics.

Curse you, Dokidoki. I followed the link there and took a look at the first random recommendation I saw, and three hours later I emerge from an archive binge of Exorcism Academy.

        Thanks, much appreciated!

And I thought tonight was going to be boring!
How could it be with an update tonight!

    See y’all in an hour…

    I’m back…

    • Good evening, sir!

      • davefragments

        Greetings.

        • So how’s today going? We’ve been rained on.

          • davefragments

I did some of my Taxes and I will do more tomorrow.
Had my furnace (a hot water boiler) and my air conditioner (in the attic) serviced. I know the serviceman so we had too much silly conversation.

            How’s your day?

          • Went grocery shopping and have been trying to decide about working on some other story

          • davefragments

I have a story in mind but I can’t get the location and time period set to start to write it.

          • I was looking for a minor break from my pirates so when I come back I’m a little more refreshed. I have these other two that I’ve started that I would like to work on, but I was stuck.

          • davefragments

            I know that feeling.
I have a story sitting on my desktop complete and I can’t bring myself to send it anywhere.

    • Hey dave!

      • davefragments

        Greetings

      • davefragments

How are you feeling tonight? Better than last time, I hope.

The question is — how far can Kyle go before either a) Sircea gets disturbed and intervenes, or b) Duncan walks away?
